    Debating the Ethics and Origins of Mindfulness in Psychotherapy - Ep. 2

    Dr. Jeanette Lantz is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in Washington and California, the founder of Cognitive Behavior Therapy Northwest in Tacoma, WA, a Board Certified Biofeedback and authorized Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher, and a Registered Yoga Teacher. She has practiced extensively with the Department of Veterans Affairs and the Cognitive Behavior Therapy Center of Southern California. In Episode 2, Dr. Lantz joins Martin to discuss some of the controversies posed by the practices of Mindfulness, Meditation, and Mindfulness-Based programs in Psychotherapy. Along the way, they stumble upon labyrinths, religious persecution, and the mental health benefits of fish oil.
